Customer Service

Premier Sock Tape USA strives to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason our product does not meet your standards, we will gladly replace the item or provide a refund per the instructions below. All questions and contacts will be responded to within 2 business days but usually much quicker.

At this time Premier Sock Tape USA will only ship to the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada and Mexico. We do not ship to any other country unless it is to an American military base.



Return and Exchange Policy

New and Unused Products in original wrapping: Any product that is new and unused and still in the original wrap will be exchanged or refunded up to 90 days from date of purchase. Please complete the return form as well as proof of purchase (copy of your invoice or packing slip) to:

Shipping costs on returns are paid by the customer. Your refund will be given as soon as the product is received and inspected.

If you do not have proof of purchase or this was a gift, a store credit will be given, once the product is received and inspected.

No refunds given on products that have been opened and used unless it is defective.

 


 

Defective or Damaged Goods

 

If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it for you or provide a full refund. Please send proof of purchase (copy of your invoice or packing slip) to:

Shipping costs on defective goods will be reimbursed by Premier Sock Tape. Your refund will be given as soon as the product is received and inspected.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Delivery Schedule

We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at Premier Sock Tape USA will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you select "standard shipping" your product will be shipped through the United States Postal Service and a tracking number will be provided. You may also choose UPS. You have the option in the Checkout to expedite the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time sensitive deliveries please call Premier Sock Tape USA at 1-614-309-4224 to confirm estimated shipping time.

USPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAY.
CERTAIN HOLIDAYS ARE ALSO UNAVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY (Call Premier Sock Tape USA for details.)


Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

You may expedite shipment of your package(s) during the checkout process by choosing one of the following shipping options (additional fees will apply):

In Continental U.S. (48 States):

UPS 3 day select: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout. If you are a contiguous state to Ohio or in the Midwest region, it usually is cheaper to ship UPS Ground and still have your product arrive within 3 days. Call and we can calculate the shipping date and arrival date for you.

UPS 2 day air: additional fees apply, calculated during checkout

Exceptions:

Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. EST on Monday will not ship prior to Monday.

Items shipped direct from the manufacturer may be expedited. Premier Sock Tape USA will contact you within one business day if there are any exceptions.

 

Outside the Continental U.S.:

For all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, the following applies:

USPS Shipping is the only method available; fees calculated during checkout

 

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Standard shipping applies to shipments within the Continental U.S. For expedited shipping options, or for UPS Freight service, shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the size and weight of the product.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Premier Sock Tape USA is able to ship to Canada, Mexico and United States territories. Shipping will be offered through USPS only and options will be available at checkout. Please contact Premier Sock Tape USA with any questions regardging shipping via email: premiersocktapeusa@att.net

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes.

 

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

Please ship your item back to Premier Soccer Tape USA at your expense. If the product is defective or damaged, your shipping expense will be reimbursed. Once your request for exchange has been received and processed it will ship back to you by ground service at no cost to you.

 

Why have some items in my order shipped, but not others?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship what we can. The backordered items will ship free of charge when they are in stock.

 


 

Pricing & Availability

Premier Sock Tape USA works really hard to make sure that everything on the site is in stock, ready to ship, and priced appropriately. Premier Sock Tape USA does not warrant that the site will be error-free. Should a site error ever arise, we will fix it ASAP. Pricing and availability of products on the site and in our retail store are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of Premier Sock Tape USA.

Taxes

For retail orders made from within the United States,a sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders shipped to an Ohio address.

Team Orders

Get a quote for your team or club's tape orders. Premier Sock Tape USA offers competitive pricing on large orders. We also can help with fundraising. Please contact Premier Sock Tape at 1-614-309-4224 for more details on fundraising for your team.

For returns and exchanges on any team order there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping for returns to Premier Sock Tape USA is paid for by the customer.
